Feel free to visit us anytime from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. As our collection is extensive, make sure to allocate enough time to look around and confirm your hire. After exploring our showrooms, our sales team can provide immediate pricing and availability information for items you're interested in.
Through the website:
Add the items to your 'basket.' Complete the details on the quote form (contact information, required dates, etc.). Submit the form, and we will respond with details on costs and item availability.
Over the phone:
Note the stock code of the item. Give us a call, and we can provide a quote over the phone, provided you specify the duration you need the item for.
What next? To complete your booking, once you are satisfied with the details in your quote or have chosen the items from our showrooms, you must confirm with a purchase order.
This official document should be on your company's letterhead, explicitly stating your company's contact information, the selected goods, hire dates, and the agreed-upon price. Please note that payment for the hire may be required before dispatching the goods.
Payment options include debit or credit card (with no additional charge), cash, cheque, or bank transfer. If payment is required before the hire, please ensure that funds have cleared our account before we release the goods.
