Let's be honest, Mondays. We've all been there. That feeling of exhaustion already settling in, making the idea of another work week seem daunting. And what do we often turn to in our fatigue? Sugary drinks, processed snacks – quick fixes that promise a burst of energy but leave us feeling worse in the long run.

But here's the thing: I'm not an expert, but I do know the power of good food to support our bodies, minds, and souls. Food that's not just delicious, but also simple to make and leaves us feeling proud of ourselves for making healthy choices.

Because let's face it, feeling good isn't just about physical satisfaction. It's about indulging our taste buds, sparking joy, and knowing we're giving our bodies the fuel they need to thrive. And that's where these easy, feel-good recipes come in:

1. The Guac Hero:

Who can resist creamy, flavorful guacamole? It's super easy to make too! Just mash an avocado with lime juice, salt, pepper, and your favorite spices (cumin, onion, garlic, paprika are my go-to). Perfect pairing with with pita chips to dunk in.

- Make sure the energy is free to flow to and around the furniture. That beautiful, expensive, massive side table might need a second thought πŸ˜†
- It would be great have furniture like sofas a bit away from the wall, guarantee for a sneaky breezy. Small space can be challenging but just a inch it's what you need.
- Keep the colour of your walls stylish neutral, to give a warm note use colourful rugs or distinctive lights, or a detailed wall paper in one wall. It's a reference to the 5 elements.
- Ornaments can be dust collector, make sure the ones you display are bringing up good memories to you, it will give you a smile when dusting off.
-Specially for small places a mirror can create a great deeper feeling, be mindful to place them in the right place and they are the right size, big enough for high 5 every time you need it πŸ™Œ
- Add plants to boost the energy and purify the air. It can be a no-no for who hasn't the famous green thumb, start small with something simple you can be surprised.
- Clutter is out of the equation in Feng Shui. This is the simplest to remember and the hardest to execute. Think how you feel when everything is clear, when you remove some from your life physically and not?
