You know you should…work off that Christmas grub with a walk…and here’s mapping experts Ordnance Survey to inspire you. Apparently one in ten people NEVER go for a walk between December and February and many of us are suffering from a nature deficit. Brand ambassador Iwan Thomas was encouraging us all to get outdoors on radio and TV - including Sky News, Channel 5 and GB News.

The fifth day of Christmas as we look back on some of the more memorable moments in the world of broadcast. One was the return of Sky News presenter Kay Burley. She’d been taken off-air by her employer for six months. This was for breaching Covid rules as she celebrated her 60th birthday, around this time last year. Whatever she does in her own time, an excellent interviewer.

So lovely to meet up in person at the Women in PR lunch yesterday and hear the inspirational speak. Hannah specialises in African affairs and has worked mainly for BBC world for the last seven years. Lovely venue too, AllBright, the global women’s network, just off Regent Street, Central London.

If you have a driving licence.
