Only Music Music media are delighted to announce that we've managed to persuade the 1970's London punk band The Stereotypes to come out of retirement to initially play a 30 minute set on Sunday March 17th at The Ostrich, Peterborough.

The performance will take place in between the Dingo Jingo & Viral Peach sets, which were already planned for the day.

We are currently in negotiations to bring The Stereotypes out of retirement on a long term basis and set up a UK support tour for the band.

Been a busy month and we still have work to do!

Three more live showreel recordings have been completed at Grange Farm Studio for Mississippi Mothers, Viral Peach & Dingo Jingo respectively.

We've also filmed the Dingo Jingo showreel video which is currently being edited.

Filming starts on March 3rd for the Viral Peach showreel and Mississippi Mothers filming will follow straight after that.

The new Burning Codes, Dingo Jingo and Viral Peach websites are not far off complete, with websites for Mississippi Mothers and P Town Funk all up and running.

Then it's on to start dealing with some of our newer clients, whom we are very much looking forward to working with.

We should have the soundtrack for Dingo Jingo's forthcoming showreel film any day now, which was recorded live Grange Farm Studio at the weekend.

So if you are planning to come along to see them with Viral Peach @ The Ostrich Inn Peterborough, on March 17th, keep an eye on this page and we'll post some sounds for you to listen to.

Dingo Jingo:

Some Americana, some folk, lots of soul... Dingo Jingo are a Blues/Americana/Psych band based in Norfolk, UK. The band combine the intimate vocals of singer/songwriter Dave Barwood with cajon/percussion, saxophone, bass guitar and electric guitar, with occasional guest musicians.

They have recently released a debut EP and played several gigs and festivals over the summer of 2023 which were well received, including Harlequin Fayre and Maui Waui festivals.

The EP has also received radio play on the Fine Folk Show on LCR FM, West Norfolk Radio, the Rodney Collins Show, and Cambridge 105FM.

Mississippi Mothers just finished recording the soundtrack to the forthcoming showreel film we'll be making for them in the coming days.

Recorded live at the superb Grange Farm Studio and engineered and produced by Isi Clarke.

No over dubs, no faking it, nothing but the band kicking back live.

The showreel showcases snapshots of seven classic Lynyrd Skynryd songs.

Bit of a tight compact space to film and record a live showreel for Dingo Jingo at the weekend, but it was a gas doing it.

Grange Farm Studio and the band couldn't have been more accommodating, and the session was sounding great.

The showreel will be edited over the next couple of weeks and you can catch Dingo Jingo live with Viral Peach at The Ostrich, Peterborough on March 17th.

Joining them will be The Dan The Dan band, which as always promises to be pretty special.

We're pleased to announce a top class double bill for The Ostrich on 17th March.

Dingo Jingo will be teaming up with Viral Peach for what promises to be a superb Sunday evening's entertainment.

It's been a while in the making, but it's finally happening and it will be both band's inaugural gig at the venue.

5.00pm kick off, FREE ENTRY....what more could you want!!

A few years back members of our team were managing and touring with The Ghears.

Over a three year period the band would play all over the UK at some of the country's top venues such as Brixton Academy, Glasgow ABC, The Forum, Manchester Ritz and many others.

During that time, one of the band's tracks, 4 Minute Mile penned by Paul Archer, was picked up by Universal Studios for use in their Hollywood movie Aquaman, Mercy Reef.

The video for the track was filmed at Panasonic Studios in Belfast and was one of the best independent videos produced that year.

Filmed and directed by the immensely talented Allan Gildea, the video has stood the test of time and still looks great today.

Thanks must also go to The Premier Drum Company UK for endorsing Pas Stratos, who pretty much destroyed the kit Premier kindly provided The Ghears with for the video!

4 Minute Mile written by Paul Archer and performed by The Ghears with Paul's stunning vocals..Released as a single, this track became the outro for the pilot...

Late night session for Mississippi Mothers at Grange Farm Studio last evening.

All was sounding pretty good by the early hours. A couple of weeks in production and their showreel soundtack will be added to their website.

The next Mississippi Mothers show is at Mama Liz's Voodoo Lounge, Stamford on Sat 10th Feb, with very special guests, The Dan The D.
