She offers constructive, confidence building sessions focusing on individual needs of both professionals in the performing arts and those wishing to find their voice for well-being and / or recreational reasons. he has worked for X factor and the BBC as a vocal consultant. For 11 years she has worked as a visiting professional teaching singing technique at the Central School of Speech and Drama (BA Hons Acting) and assisting in rehearsals and recod=rding projects. from 2018-2019 she was Head of Vocals at the Institute of Contemporary Theatre. Verona has taught at Art's Educational School (MA Musical Theatre), London School of Musical Theatre, The Method Studio. Verona has taught and coached performers past and present in the following shows and many more: Six the Musical, Les Miserables, Mamma Mia, Wicked, Dirty Dancing,The Bridges of Maddison County, Amelie, Beautiful - The Carole King Musical, A Little Night Music, Tina-The Musical, Barnum, Hairspray, Miss Saigon, Stephen Ward, Viva Forever!, The Phantom of the Opera, Flashdance-The Musical, Cilla-The Musical. Also actors who perform at The National Theatre, The Royal Shakespeare Company and in film, radio and television. Experienced at working with jazz singers including some award winning ones Verona founded the British and International Vocal Jazz Academy. She is co-director of the Martha Philbey theatre agency, runs The Musical Balloon Band is a member of Equity, Committee member of the CAA and cares for a 1988 Bedford Bambi Rascal called Betty May.
