Combining complex sounds with the simple yet dynamic visual world Figma created, the anthem was beamed out live in San Francisco and to the world online.

Delighted to announce that two films we have worked on are showing at the London Palestine Film Festival () next week as part of an evening all about skateboarding in Palestine, presented by .

Filmed a decade apart, Epicly Palestine’d and EXIST track the rise of skateboarding in Palestine, from its grassroots birth under occupation to ’s journey of resistance on the road to the Olympic qualifiers.

This will be the UK premiere of EXIST and promises to be a very special evening!

The screening will be followed by a panel discussion and SkatePal will have a merch stall to raise money for their ongoing work supporting young people in Palestine through skateboarding.

Last week we had the opportunity to represent Sounds Like These at the House of Commons as part of the ’s event that brought together MPs, business leaders, trade unionists and researchers. 

This was a pilot ‘Working Time Council’ meeting - a body that proposes to advise the government on a possible transition to a four-day working week in the UK. 

Since becoming an official 4 Day Week employer in 2022, we have seen first-hand the amazing impact that reduced working hours (without a reduction in pay) can have on both our team members and our business more broadly. 

In 2026 the 5-day work week will be a century old, so now seems like the perfect time for society to rethink the relationship we currently have with work. Initiatives like the Working Time Council are a small but positive step towards making a shorter work week a reality for all. 

As the evidence for the positive social and economic impacts of a 4-day week grows, we are proud to be a UK creative company pushing for positive change.

Music and sound design for the visual magicians at .studio 🦾

As part of a research project with their team, we used granular synthesis and foley to go particle level, warping liquids & metalics to create an abstact granular universe.
