Topics and people included in our features will be on Joy Siguad’s classical recital at Kensington Palace this September 23rd 2015. Joy Siguad is the incredibly talented and up and coming composer, whose work is of an international standard who will be recognized as a globally know film and theatre composer. Another feature we have exclusively for RUCK Magazine is on the works of the Socialite Portrait Painter Barbara Hamilton, whose sitters have included Winston Churchill, The Pope and members of The Royal Family such as The Queen Mother. Chris Salewicz the biographer of The Rolling Stones, Bob Marley and Joe Strummer of The Clash will be serialising his new book Dead Gods: The 27 Club. Our team of ten experts have been working quietly together for three and a half months to contextualise a digital magazine platform with a very distinguished agenda. This agenda is to create a space for new talent, existing industry professionals and a fresh perspective of how we interact with people within the industry. The magazines objective is to discover and manage successfully talent in the Arts, Music, Film and Fashion field. We intend to use the magazine as a platform to showcase our music and film projects. Our music partner is the genius behind the production of Island Records Groucho (Paul Smykle) whose clients have included Bob Marley, David Bowie, Grace Jones, Mick Jagger, Sinead O’Connor, and Gregory and Nils Lofgren (Bruce Springsteen’s guitarist). He has been at the forefront of music production for the past 20 years, and is on board as a partner to develop the talent that we discover.
