We are interested in speaking to recent graduates, current audio assistants and mix technicians for a technical assistant role at Aquarium Belgium, an Audio Post Production and Sound Design Company in Brussels, Belgium.

A suitable candidate will have an in-depth technical knowledge of analogue and digital audio equipment, acoustics and electronics, recording and mixing techniques, DAWs, Audio post production workflows, video engineering, and excel at organising their own time, working independently and supporting clients and senior staff.

Depending on the candidates skills and experience tasks may include: Looking after audio deliveries and turnovers, file and software management, maintenance of equipment, assisting with editorial and prep, internal QC checks and creating audio deliverables, preparing and supporting mixes, pre-mixing, MnE mixing, recording ADR, sound effects and foley.
Aquarium is an Anglo-European group, as such excellent communication in English is essential, and candidates will need to have the right to live and work in Belgium.
