I'm Sky, a husband and a proud father of two wonderful boys. I've been fortunate to call sunny South London my home for as long as I can remember.

Creativity has been a steadfast companion throughout my life's journey, intricately woven with all things tech-related. Music has always been a shining star in my world. I've spent years drumming away in various heavy rock bands, and those memories hold a special place in my heart.

Beyond my drumming adventures, I ventured into filmmaking after picking up a video camera in 2017, taking a leap into the world of weddings. Amidst it all, my unwavering passion for sound engineering has remained a constant. I've tinkered with sound, not just for bands but also in the realm of broadcasting. This journey propelled me into a fulfilling career in the TV industry. I've been privileged to direct live TV news shows and globe-trot to set up TV control rooms for major world events, a role I continue to embrace with boundless enthusiasm.

When I'm not immersed in the television world, you'll find me deeply engrossed in films, exploring YouTube, and regularly tuning into podcasts. My preferred podcasts often revolve around wedding videography, my true calling and passion. I relish every opportunity to refine my craft and eagerly welcome chances to enhance my skills. It's a constant source of immense joy and purpose in my life.

Both me and Tasha had the joy of Filming Emma + Chips wedding. It had been a bumpy ride, a 2020 wedding that err… struggled to happen.

As with a lot of “delayed” weddings, there are sure a lot of built up emotions form everyone involved and people were ready to party.

Wow this one was a lot of fun! As is the case for a lot of couples getting wed this season, these guys had to wait a little while for the fog of the last two years to clear, to be able to celebrate with their family and friends with no holds barred, and boy they sure made it was a day that their girls, their guests and they would never forget.

Now they have this capsule of memories to keep as a reminder of this moment in time, and in the years ahead as their young family grows up they get to relive it all again together.

TOP TIP: MUSIC! Music is so important, it can really set the scene and the mood for different stages and ambiences throughout your wedding day. These two brought it in spades, and the day flowed seamlessly from one setting to the next, keeping the energy elevated. From a Pianist during the arrival of guests, to a DJ for the bride entrances and exits. The final instalment, saw a stylish party thrown down to see the married couple out, brought to the floor by:

They had to postpone twice like a lot of couples over the last 20 months, but it was worth the wait. An amazing family wedding that will be a part of their story as they start their married life together.

We are fully in the home run to Christmas here. Some more editing work to be done before we can call it a wrap on 2021. Some exciting films and content to share soon.
Our eyes are definitely looking to next year now and to the couples that are already booked in with us, it’s going to be a great year.

After what has been a crazy, crazy year (I think those words will resonate with many a wedding supplier) and the onslaught of navigating the flu, bugs and the like in our household at the cusp of winter, just to add even more spice to an already busy calendar, our edit schedule is finally on the home straight up til Christmas.

Here is one of our absolute faves from this season. Not least because it was beautiful and classic, and set in beautiful and exclusive venue and gardens, but the weather also turned up and was an exceptional guest.
Great speeches, great crowd who were jaunty and joyful and knew their cue when it was time to take to the dance floor, and the lovely Holly + Dave who carried the exuberance of their wedding party late into the evening.

It’s definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity to be able to film my own sister’s wedding. An honour and a pleasure.
It was a restricted wedding, with only 30 people allowed, and no dancing 🥲. But we sure did dance at their second party.
