I can’t believe that my friend Paul Danan has just passed away aged 46. We came so close to releasing his autobiography a few years ago but remained in touch. You were a real character and a force of nature with a big heart. RIP mate 🙏

Agent Fox Media Limited's last ITFD video of 2024 saw Rick Mayston interviewing actor, writer and producer KARL HOWMAN (perhaps best known for BRUSH STROKES and EASTENDERS) about his project with the late Ethem Cetintas, 'SECRET SPITFIRES', specifically for this promotional video. A remarkable and largely unknown story about a whole secret army of non-combatant individuals - mainly women - who built these iconic aircraft in factories, garages and bedrooms under the Official Secrets Act during WWII. This event can soon be seen across the UK, and will include a 'DIRECTORS CUT' showing of the film; followed by a Live Interview/Audience Q&A; Book Signing and Photograph Session. The latest ‪Agent Fox Media Limited‬ live interview is with the inspirational actor RUDOLPH WALKER CBE, perhaps best known by the British public for his wonderful portrayals of Bill Reynolds in LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR, Constable Frank Gladstone in THE THIN BLUE LINE, and of course his current role of the irresistible Patrick Trueman in EASTENDERS - a role he has enjoyed playing for the last 23 years!

Here, in an interview with Rick Mayston at The Hertford Club in front of a live audience, Rudolph opens up about his upbringing in Trinidad, his arrival in the UK, the issues facing a young black actor in the 60s and 70s, and how LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR put him on the path to where he is today.

He very much wishes that episodes of that sitcom could still be allowed on our screens, and speaks strongly of the real message the programme was giving, despite the dated language that wouldn't be tolerated today.

With his new autobiography WALKING WITH DIGNITY out now, Rudolph has become the very first EASTENDERS cast member to release his autobiography whilst still in the show!
