The Film and TV Charity wants to hear from YOU!

From runners and writers to marketeers and animators – they’re asking everyone across the UK screen industries how the prolonged production slowdown is impacting financial wellbeing, and whether signs of recovery are finally starting to show.

In 2024, the last Money Matters survey revealed:

The harsh impact of the U.S. strikes, cost-of-living crisis & production downturn
Workers in our industry were far less financially resilient than the wider workforce
Now they’re back to ask: What’s changed – and what still urgently needs fixing?
They want to understand how you’re coping today, including:

• Savings
• Pensions
• Debt
• Income
• Financial confidence

No matter your role – freelance or full-time, on set or behind the scenes, thriving or just getting by – your experience matters.

✅ Responses are fully anonymised
✅ Just 10 minutes to complete
✅ Help build evidence to push industry leaders for real, lasting change.

Take part today and help shape a stronger, fairer future for everyone in film, TV & cinema.
