So, broken ankle! 😩 Slipped on the blinking curb in Blackheath Grove walking to the car of all things 😠Thank you so much to everyone who helped me. 🏥 Lewisham Hospital were amazing!😀

A Trimalleolar Fracture, so surgery at the end of the week. Got nurse Myrtle to look after me who seems to have forgotten her duties at the first hurdle and returned from her walk caked in mud 🐾

Enjoyed my Gails Almond croissant, and still got my blueberry muffin, brioche and salted caramel thing for afters 😋

I’ve had a ton of work to get through this morning but all up to date and just started the new series of Fargo!

I’m not going to lie, life really is not that bad 😀 and my wife, nurse Helen 👩‍⚕️ is doing a great job!

Looking forward to the bell 🔔 arriving from Amazon 😂
