I have started this page many years back, probably 5 years ago (for a business purpose). Then I started my job life, wrapped up my business. I stopped using this page- kept it unpublished. Now this page is freezed ofcourse, I totally understand. Again I’ve published this page after this long but I’m really unsure if I could manage the time to post everyday. With my busy schedule and mostly dealing with everyday life, at times also I feel like keeping everything shut and stay in peace. No social media, no contacts with anyone, not doing anything or not going anywhere!! I wish! But if I’m lost- I’ll come back again & again. Life has always been full of emotional turmoil. Chicken Chapli kebab, freshly made with love from my kitchen. Best served with biryani or tehari.
The name "chapli kebab" mainly comes from the Pashto (natively spoken in northwestern Pakistan) word "chapli" or
"chaprikh" which means flat or patty. This kebab is known as well popular as a chicken version.
