‘Yogi P joins the Feast crew for three astounding cuts on the Dreams EP.

One to watch for 2020, Yogi owns Discotek events and is founder of Into The Woods Festival. His melodic deep house beats with glitchy percussive sounds, sweeping pads and chords stabs are garnering him some widespread support. Signed to a number of labels already, he’s ready to explode this year.

Opening with ‘Dreams’ we’re quickly swept up in Yogi’s world. Wonky beats, glitches and tonnes of funk are omnipresent here. Dreamy pads and vocals midway take the track in unexpected ways. ‘Let It Go’ reveals its Garage roots teasingly. Bumpy bass choppy vocals and sparse percussion make this a highlight for any DJ who digs a little deeper. ‘All I See’ again shows its UKG roots marrying the melodics of early Layo & Bushwacka tech.

Managing to crossbreed classic House tropes, future vibes and disco nuance, Yogi P is a huge feather in the UK House scenes cap.’

During this lockdown period music has been a great bit of escapism. Finding new music and searching through old stuff has been a perfect release for many of us.

After trawling through old harddrives and vinyls and constantly coming back to such a great back catalogue it seemed only fitting to put together a tribute mix for one of the true pioneers in UKG. The one and only MJ Cole

He’s been a huge influence for Jamie and myself when making tunes or sliding his own stuff into a set. You really can’t beat his signature sound and lets be honest who don’t love his stuff 😆

This is 18 tracks by the master of his craft. Some absolute bangers over the years.

This one is a perfect listen in the sun. Vocals, strings, percussion and some lovely baselines. What more could you want 🙏🏻🙌🏻.

Really happy to see that our Star in the Sky EP is the first choice on the front page of the beatport Deep House HYPE charts! Hopefully that means it had a good opening weekend for the release. Thanks to anyone who has supported the track so far. Fingers crossed it makes its way to a wider audience and more people get to hear amazing job on the vocals plus the killer remix 🙌🏻
