🎥 Live Action Capture: Our RF Camera Operator was on the scene capturing pre-match interviews during a recent sports live stream. Always ready to catch the excitement!

🏅 Exciting Sports Live Stream: We had the pleasure of supplying a broadcast for a fast-paced, 2.5-hour sports live stream. Our team of 12, including commentary, multiple camera positions, replay, vision mix, and graphics, worked seamlessly together. We’ll discuss more about this project in the coming weeks, but it was a huge success for everyone involved.

🛠️ Achieving 'Show Ready' Status: Gavin worked closely with the team to get everything show-ready. 'Show ready' means building the event in our warehouse in all its glory to ensure that workflows and technology integrate seamlessly. This preparation ensures that once we're on-site, our focus is solely on our client and the venue—exactly how it should be.

📸 Techspace Client Collaboration: We supplied a client of Techspace with an event filming package and a B-roll package, culminating in a dynamic two-minute event wrap-up video.

📸 Team Time Out: Ilyas, Georgia, and Nick snagged a quick photo break after setting up for a recent sports stream. Great job team.

🎥 Hybrid Event Success: Another successful on-site, hybrid event was streamed to Google Meets, featuring a program record cut on vMix. This included two cameras, presentations, and video playback. The event took place at the beautiful Westin London City, adding a touch of elegance to our tech setup.

🇫🇷 France Shoot Prep: Josh and Ilyas set up our Sony A7S for a video shoot in France. This week, Josh is travelling there to capture employee interviews as well as behind-the-scenes footage at a French pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

🎤 Live from London: We're all set to go live! This shot is from a recent hybrid event for a construction client in London. We deployed our Roland video switcher and digital Sennheiser mics to ensure top-quality production.

Remote Summer Party 2024 🏖️

What an unforgettable team day out at the St Andrews Lakes Aqua Park! Although we couldn’t bring our GoPros along for the ride, everyone had an absolute blast navigating the inflatable obstacles and splashing around. We all just about survived! 🏄‍♂️

Afterwards, our wonderful Georgia Lycett treated us to a delicious BBQ in one of the cosy lakeside BBQ huts. The food was fantastic, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect! 🌭

We capped off the day back in South London, where we enjoyed some well-deserved drinks. It was a day full of laughter, fun and great company. 🍺

👔 Dressed to Impress: Nick and Ilyas were dressed to the nines for a recent corporate event. It was a noteworthy occasion—mark this in the history books as the first time anyone has seen Nick Robinson in a full shirt, tie, and jacket ensemble!

🎤 Hybrid Event Audio Success: We recently provided the audio setup for a hybrid event in London. Using the Allen and Heath SQ-5 for mixing made everything smoother and more efficient. It’s always great when the right tools make a big difference!

🎥 Global Connections: Ilyas recently took charge of vision mixing for a multi-site broadcast, working alongside one of our partner agencies. The London team managed live feeds from Mexico, Cincinnati, and Amsterdam, expertly blending them into a seamless stream for a global broadcast to their employees. It was a fantastic event, and we're proud to have played a part in bringing it all together.

🔍 Simplicity Works: We recently set up a U-shaped breakout room for a pharmaceutical event, demonstrating that sometimes less truly is more for educational gatherings. The key is seamless ex*****on, and that's exactly what we delivered—everything went off without a hitch.

🧀 Cheese from Florence: Ilyas recently visited Florence to produce one of our client's hybrid Advisory Boards. With a streamlined AV setup, the event was a smooth success. He also took some time to explore the city and enjoy the local delicacies!

🌟 Scenic Setups in Lisbon: Ash was in the stunning city of Lisbon, producing an Investigator Meeting with one of our agency clients. Our in-house team designed a 15m set, complete with a full audio, video, and lighting rig. Amidst the busy schedule, the team also caught some of Portugal's Euro matches, soaking in the local excitement!

🏆 Supporting Local Excellence: The stage was set for this year's Westlands School Awards. We're always proud to assist local organisations, schools, and charities in making a difference. This was our sixth time supporting this event, and it’s always a pleasure to see the community come together in celebration.

🎥 Capturing Conversations: We love using our Canon C300 MKIII camera to capture important conversations. Its stellar image quality ensures that every detail is crisply recorded. Whether it's a panel discussion, an interview, or a live debate, trust us to deliver visuals that tell a powerful story.

In smaller setups, this role expands to include Stage Manager duties, where they provide advice and encouragement to presenters preparing for their important moments. As the eyes and ears on the ground, an A2 is vital in supporting the technical team to guarantee a seamless event!

We're excited to announce a recent triumph by Kevin from our US team, who led his first, fully hybrid meeting at one of our hotel residences in Mystic, Connecticut.

Utilising our state-of-the-art URSA Broadcast camera, Kevin and the team expertly captured in-person presentations and streamed them seamlessly to virtual presenters and attendees via Zoom. The result was an exceptionally happy and engaged audience!
