Here’s a great South East London house built around the 1860s. With its unique and relaxed eclectic feel It’s a warm, lived in family home, generally orientated towards mid-century modern styling. There are five bedrooms - two of those are set up as offices within this property. Theres a kitchen-diner which also has some lounging space in front of a wood-burner, a living room with grand piano plus a loft which has a teenage den vibe. The loft is very characterful with dark wood and an Americana quality, there’s a large deck to the side of the house and an unusually large garden for London. This is a fabulous 4 bedroom Edwardian house situated in South East London. With a loft conversion and kitchen extension, there is plenty of space to act as cast and crew support as well as set / shoot areas.
The inside has a modern, fresh feel with lots of bright colours and earthy tones. There are some lovely original features, complemented with modern features such as skylights and crittall windows.

Here we have a fantastic midcentury-style family house in South East London. This property has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen/lounge with an additional lounge space. Here we have a substantial semi-detached house in South West London. It has a large open plan bespoke kitchen with a central island. The dining and sitting area have steel framed crittall doors opening out into the rear garden. It has over a 3-metre-high ceiling and, in addition, there is a separate back kitchen, which makes for an ideal prep space for shoots that require some food styling. The reception room has a large bright and light bay window, parquet flooring and a fireplace. The reception room opens out into an adjacent room with French doors that open onto the garden, which is surrounded by mature trees which provide good privacy. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a large dressing room and master bathroom. Both rooms have pitched 4 metre-high ceilings. There are two further bedrooms on this floor, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a separate shower room. The second floor is home to three bedrooms and a family bathroom. In addition, there is a cinema room in the basement, with good natural light.

Brand new studio facility on a private estate in Buckinghamshire, with flexible spaces to act as a cast and crew support areas. Two triple height studios measuring 15m x 23m, and a third double-height space at 10m x 16m. They have direct loading bay access, cable runs and are acoustically optimised. Check out this light, bright warehouse apartment situated in East London. With its large open-plan space, it’s a great location for getting good depth in the shots. Definitely a good option for those New York apartment briefs. There is some private parking available and a good-sized service elevator, so perfect for the all-important loading in/out, that can be tricky in apartment locations sometimes. Super happy to add this great location house to our library. This house is currently unoccupied and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2 reception rooms, so plenty of shoot and production space to spill out into. Also having a lager hallway / entrance hall means good access for kit. The property has a good sized garden with an Annex/ studio flat at the back. It’s situated on a quiet road and has great off street parking , and a garage space. The owners are also open to some painting happening if needed as long as it’s put back! What’s not to love.
