Who’s Holding You to Account? 🤝🏻

Be honest, how many great ideas have you had that never made it past your notes app? 📱
(I’ve been there too before! 😉)

- It’s not a lack of knowledge.
- It’s not even a lack of time.
- It’s often a lack of follow-through.

Too Busy to Think? 🤔

If your day is a non-stop blur of emails, meetings, and messages… chances are, you’re not thinking strategically. 🤯

Strategic thinking doesn’t just happen - You have to create space for it. 🕑

The problem I often find is, that most leaders get stuck in a “doing mode” and when you’re reacting all day, long-term thinking takes a back seat.

⛔ You stop questioning what really matters.
⌛ You delay the big decisions.
❌ You miss opportunities hiding in plain sight.

People’s low morale shows up subtly at first:

Sales Shouldn’t Be a Rollercoaster!

Some months you’re flying. Other months… crickets.

If your sales results are unpredictable, it’s more than a performance issue, it’s probably a strategy issue.

From experience, inconsistent sales usually point to one of these:

- Which do you think is best??

When did you last invest in your brand through bespoke photography?

Well for me it’s been some time since I even had a couple of professional headshots done!

So I recently decided to invest in Tricia Keracher-Summerfield, Brand, Headshot & Family photographer of .co.uk and wow what an ROI I achieved. These are just some of the range of amazing images that she creatively captured and produced. I say “creatively captured” because it was not just a case of stand there and she clicked away.

No, we explored the city of Newcastle (while attending the Atomicon 25 Conference) and she found locations that would suit the ideas she had in mind and fitted in my initial loose brief of what images I was thinking of and what I needed them for.

She helped with how to stand, sit and position myself, where to look, smile and laugh… and made the whole experience fun too!

Thank you once again for your professional creative work Tricia and I really look forward to highly recommending you to my clients and network to help them professionalise their brand too! Oh and now to start uploading them across my social media platforms and website …
