Warburtons / Mad About The Bread🍞

Here it is, the latest installment of the Warburtons series featuring the one and only Samuel L Jackson as Jonathan Warburton in ‘Mad About The Bread’, with VFX and grade by Freefolk. Directed by Declan Lowney, through Merman.

It was a treat to be involved in another of the now-iconic storytelling adverts, which have previously featured A-List celebrities including Robert De Niro, Sylvester Stallone, Peter Kay, and of course, The Muppets.

Brilliant to see The Booker Prize 2022 readings have been so well received, with Sharon Hogan's Reading of Small Things Like These by Claire Keegan and Prasana Puwanarajah's reading of The Seven Moons of Maali Almeida by Shehan Karunatilaka receiving 5 Stars on David Reviews!

The winner will be announced tonight at a ceremony in The Roundhouse, London.

Sharon Horgan swaps Bad Sisters for, well, bad sisters in this Booker Prize clip. The actor and co-founder of Merman reads an excerpt from Small Things Like These, Claire Keegan's shortlisted novel about the Magdalene laundries. Suffice it to say, there are no laughs to be found here.
