Studio A just got a whole lot better! Our newly upgraded control room features 2 channels of 1073 preamps with EQ, 4 channels of 1081 preamps and 4 channels of ISA 428s alongside a pair of 3124s and Amek BCii broadcast console. We have just completed our refresh of Studio A here at Urchin Studios! Our control room now features 2 channels of 1073 preamps with EQ, 4 channels of 1081 preamps and 4 channels of ISA 428s. Gone is our old Trident 65 console (goodbye old friend) which has opened up more space to hang out during writing and tracking sessions. Overall we think it's a very satisfying set of upgrades to our flagship recording studio 😎 DM us now to book or arrange a tour

A little bit of DIY to start the year! out with the clunky keyboard stand in studio A and in with a far more slinky Juno 6 stand that even folds away for extra space when needed. Also on the list way a wheely cart for our delicious collection of cymbals, a custom guitar rack also on wheels and a 50% expansion and upgrade to our microphone "locker". what more could a recording studio ask for? 🎤

Studio B from only £16/hr inc VAT - our small but perfectly formed writing/production/recording studio is fully soundproofed, air conditioned, acoustically treated, natural light and high quality equipment all ready to go. Interface, midi keyboard, monitors mic all provided! Just plug in your laptop and you're ready to make music
