Heeey I’m Kaysha 👋🏼

I am a strong but yet soft independent woman who has a big heart and a vision to make my dream life come true

I have been in the workforce since I was 13 that is 20 years of working for someone else’s dream and another 32 years till I can ‘officially retire’

And truthfully that just doesn’t sit right with me anymore
I would much rather work towards creating my own dream life to be able to have the time freedom to choose my days, my time as I desire to

But how is that possible without the money, well it isn’t

Which is why I have chosen to invest in myself and my future by partnering with company and business model that will create everything I have ever desired and beyond

The last year was a year spent learning and letting go of the pieces of myself that have held me back from reaching my full potential that I know I am so capable of

This is my year to build solid foundations, smash my goals and bring my visions to life

I am planting the seeds, setting myself up for success so that my future self gets to reap the rewards

Lots of exciting things coming up that is going to expand and stretch me more than ever before

2024 is bringing the the energy and I’m so here for it

As I get ready for my last two shifts of the year after having some beautiful days off to recharge and rejuvenate

It’s given me to opportunity to be truly present and reflect on the year that has been

While it hasn’t gone the way I envisioned it would, everything has happened exactly how it was supposed to

The learnings, the lessons, the trial and errors, the blocks, the breakthroughs, the wins & celebrations

The unplanned weeks even months in solitude

It all happened for me

I find it very humbling to acknowledge it all

So as we all welcome in the new year with all our big goals and visions,

I once watched from my screen wishing I had the confidence to do what they do

I once yearned for the sisterhood and connection they shared

I once dreamed of being able to create an income online while showing up unapologetically as my true self

Getting out of my own way is the most rewarding decision I made for myself

Pushing through my own limiting beliefs and choosing to lead from my heart

To lead with confidence and full trust knowing that this is the path destined for me

My dreams of being confident in myself have surprised more than anyone will know

My dream of sisterhood is more than I could have possibly imagined

My dream of being creative and showing up just as me is flowing with so much liberation

This space is giving me more than I had ever imagined possible and continues to daily

We never have to it alone, we all go together hand in hand

How to begin stepping into your power?

It begins with learning who you are, loving who you are

taking the time to yourself, reflecting on what makes YOU unique and special

write down all the things you love about yourself, acknowledge what you have accomplished and be damn PROUD of it

What are you passionate about but haven’t yet started?

begin pursuing with devotion and dedication

nothing holds us back from achieving more, except ourselves

believe in your decisions and trust your intuition

set goals when you’re clear on what you want to achieve

having short-term and long-term goals can be really helpful in staying focused on what matters to you

take action, start doing the things that make you feel empowered and take risks - even if you’re scared!

when you take risks mistakes can happen but it's also where personal growth and development can take place - so don't be afraid of it

keep pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and celebrate the wins no matter how small they are

Believe in yourself and your abilities

adapt and grow from any negative experiences or setbacks – they can be great learnings

When you have these self-beliefs and internal motivation, suddenly anything is possible

YOU are the power, the power is YOU

For a moment I thought I was loosing myself but what I came to realise, it was actually the complete opposite

I’ve been shedding layers of the old version of who I was to allow room for me to step into a newer version of me

Clearing out and letting go of what no longer serves me has had me grieving past versions of who I once was

I’ve grieved her with so much love for how far she has brought me

I’m beyond proud of her

Today I'm filled with more motivation, commitment to my life, dreams, and business than ever before

I'm excited to lead in a way that brings me joy to see those around me succeed
Whether it be within themselves, their businesses, or in life alone - it's a beautiful thing

We all have the opportunity, the power to craft our own paths
it comes with the ability to choose the life we wish to lead - to be the creators of our own destiny

Impossible is nothing, and with the right amount of belief any challenge can be conquered

The world is ever-evolving, and so must we

We must challenge ourselves and our vision in order to find growth

In order to achieve something truly remarkable

To create something that will last long after our time

To make a lasting impact that helps those around us

We can become so much more than we think we're capable of if we just believe in ourselves and the dreams we have for our lives

Just imagine what you're capable of if you truly believe in yourself and put in the effort to get there!

Life is too short to waste away in a dull state, without living our lives to the fullest

So don't let anyone stop you from achieving your goals and embarking on the journey of self-discovery

We all have our moments in life right when it gets a bit icky and we tend to retreat

That’s exactly what I’ve done these last few weeks, I completely retreated and took on more traditional work to distract myself from everything else

By doing this it has only slowed down my own growth and success for the goals and visions that I have for myself

I gave myself permission to be but now I’m calling myself out and kicking my own 🍑 into gear again

I love my job and the amazing people I get to work with daily

I also absolutely wholeheartedly LOVE my online space, my inspiring as f**k team and the beautiful connections that are made along the way of being in the online space

I chose this path to give myself a more brighter and fulfilled life

In the short amount of time being apart of this beautiful space, it’s given more that than I could have ever dreamed of . . .

When I couldn’t help myself or have a clear vision on where I was going, I knew I needed help and guidance

That’s exactly what I did, I asked for help

I was drawn to Holly’s ENERGY, her outlook on the world and her passion to see everyone Thrive

Holly usually does business mentorship’s to help woman succeed even more
So when I came to her for a personal life one she welcomed me in with open arms

I have so much respect and appreciation for this Angel, she took on my life as if it was her own

I know it was challenging for beautiful Hols as each day I would always be in a different head space 🤍
I needed constant accountability check in’s from her to make sure I was doing the thing and prospective from her eyes, for me to see what I couldn’t in myself ✨

To name a few to which she has brought back to self or taught me ~

Today I woke with so much gratitude for my life and everyone around me

Being grateful for where I am in my journey currently and for all that is yet to happen

I’m choosing to have the best day possible and just living a F**k Yes life

My perspective on my own journey has changed massively in the last 11 months, so much shifted for me and I couldn’t be more grateful

All positive changes baby
I’m so excited for my future and even bigger shifts that are coming 🥹🥰

Consistency and embodying whom I desire to be is one of my biggest struggles since beginning my journey back to self

Even with knowing it benefits me in all areas of my world

Putting myself on a back burner saying yeh I’ll get around to it, when I don’t

I take full accountability for my own growth and knowing I won’t be able to move forward in the direction I want to go if I keep taking a back seat in my own life

I write this to remind myself on how far I’ve come, to not give up now because i think it’s easier when really it’s not

Growth and accountability is hard, confronting and painful but in the long term I know I will become more stronger and resilient from it

I’ve been given phenomenal tools to help me on my journey🙏🏽

It’s time to stop making excuses, to let the f*ck go of fear and judgment I put on myself

What did you learn about your period🩸growing up?

For me I wasn’t told nor taught much including in school

I was given the talk how I will bleed from my ‘you know down there’ and that it was completely normal for woman to that

This is how a tampon & pad works, off and away I was

The very next day after having my talk I went from being a girl to a young woman at the age of 12 🌹

From the age of 12 to 32 I never really understood power of my bleed

When you think of your bleed, what comes to mind?
For me since taking the time to connect and learn I see power, in tune, possibilities, death & rebirth, seasons, sacred, spirituality, growth and so much more for me to learn ✨

I’ve never felt ashamed of my bleed but there has always been this feeling like it was taboo, can only speak about it in a low voice away from anyone that could hear you 🤫

Well haven’t the times changed my friends, now is the time to learn about your body and how it works with your cycle 👯‍♀️

For me I’m currently on Day 16 of my cycle in my Summer moving into my Inner Autumn

My final day of ovulation, also my final day of concentration

That means any projects I was working on, this is the day to complete them as for the next two weeks I will start to feel into my emotions and all of the feels

Any big decision I need to make will be put hold until my bleed as I won’t be as clear.

Isn’t it interesting?
It all blows my mind, I’m so grateful I’m able to learn this now and grow with it

1st of March is the day I chose myself,
I chose to give into my body and what it was asking of me 🤍

Since working with the divine Holly 👼
I’ve learnt how important morning and night rituals are to set yourself up for a magical day but also taking into account how you are really feeling in those moments, doing rituals for what your body needs and not forcing what doesn’t feel right

We co created affirmations for me to re wire my divine thoughts, I made a recording of them and I use that recording each morning on my drive to work
By the time I get to work I feel energised and ready for what ever the day may put in my path

Embodying Confidence ~
This is huge one for me to learn and embody, it’s a journey in itself
One statement to journey with was - ‘Allow yourself to uncover WHY your not expressing your deepest confidence’
Not everyone is going to vibe with you and that is okay ~ but don’t dim your light in the fear of rejection and embarrassment

Learning to be okay with just being you

As you Beautiful are one powerful, magical, spiritual badass woman whom is exactly where she is meant to be

The love I have for Holly and the light she has shown me this far is so powerful and I’m excited to continue our journey together✨

When I stepped into my healing journey, I was lost, confused, depressed and I just didn’t get the whole life thing.

I had no confidence in myself in any areas of my life, I struggled with day to day tasks and even going to work was such an effort, to the point I left two jobs in the space of one year because I struggled to leave my house.

I had a lot of suppressed trauma that I couldn’t handle, so I would numb it with substance abuse.
I was constantly low and I found no joy in anything around me.

One year and a half onwards I’m still not where I want to be BUT I now acknowledge what I need to do for myself, to give myself the life I deserve to live.

I will always be faced with obstacles in my life but how approach them and use the tools in my basket is what matters from now.

These last few weeks for me have been personally heartbreaking for me BUT the universe has something so magical for me in store and I can not wait for it✨

So I now choose to show up for myself and those around me, to be the person I know I can be and will be.
Kind, Strong, Inspiring, Brave, Grateful, a light in your darkness.
When I do break through my own boundaries and insecurities, I feel this desire to guide others to do the same.
I am here for the love and support💛

There is no time line on your healing journey BUT the obstacles become easier over time with personal growth.

I gave myself permission to feel;

The pain,
The anger,
The heartache,
The exhaustion,
The disappointment,
The self sabotage,
The embarrassment,
The fear of trust.

I’ve felt a deep disconnected from within myself.

I've experienced rapid growth accompanied by excruciating growth pains.

I've felt physical pain, though far worse was the emotional pain.

I've sat in silence doubting myself, my worth and my voice.

I've been in a dark space where no light could shine through.

I’ve let the actions and wrong doings of others effect me.

Today I drew a line in the sand, today I choose to step back into my power, my light✨

I am strong,
I am forgiving,
I am loving,
I am caring
I am growing,
I am ABUNDANT AF!

You are seen and you are heard,
we all have our own wounds that need healing and love🤍

Through my wounds I will become stronger.

The time has now come to close a chapter in my book, for this next one is for - ME❤️
