Based in East/North London with secure 24hr-access, we offer a range highly-insulated & fully soundproofed music production studios.
Practice, jam, rehearse and write in a private environment in one of the session rooms available and offered on the ground floor.

Room size Price
Small: x £300-500 per month
Medium: x £500-700 per month
Large: x £700-1100 per month

The larger production studios include stairs up to a mezzanine and landing that overlooks the unit.
(soundbooth rooms & acoustic treatment available on request).

* EXCLUSIVE DEAL: Advance bookings made in April/May will receive a 20% discount for the first 3 months of the rental price.
(6 weeks deposit is required to commence rental agreement).
