The Government of El-Salvador is calling people. El-Salvador is known as Republic of El-Salvador and it's located in Central America.

They are calling on high skilled scientists, Engineers, Doctors, Artists and Philosophers from other countries. If successful you will get free passports and your relocation will be facilitated.

This Whats.app discussion just reminded me of something now though not related.😅

I'm an admin of a certain group and almost all in that group will see this post.😎

One of our rules is “On no condition should anyone post Nuud, or any er0t!c content on the group. If you want to watch such, you should know where to head to”.

You know dealing with human beings is very difficult, someone will wake up from the left side of his sleep one morning and post an er0tic video.

From the background, you already know what the content is and sometimes they write something to show it's +18.

Once we see it as adm!ns, we del£te and sanction the person.

You will still see some members of the group who will open their eyes, download the video, watch it, clean their mouths and then come to the group to drag the admins.

After you don watch am finish? The history of those who watched it is there.

Sometimes they will leave the sender and start questioning the admins.

I want to get something straight so correct me if I'm wrong.

If I create a What.sapp group for…, lemme say to teach people about Face.book monetization for 2 weeks.

After the teaching, I allowed the group to be active so people could learn and help each other on the journey.

Meanwhile, I don't read their chats again because I’m very occupied with other stuff.

Along the line, a lady comes there to say that she does who-cup and that if you want gen!talia meet and greet, you should contact her.

A lot of guys contacted her for the purpose and paid her for the gen!talia meet and greet. They arranged privately, but the lady didn't meet them again. She bloc.ked them all.

Now, she can't be contacted again, and people are blaming me.

Please can someone explain to me like a 7-year-old boy how is it my fault?

When it became clear the Titanic was going down, Isidor and Ida Straus did as requested—the couple put on life jackets and moved to the Boat Deck where officers were lowering lifeboats and instructing women, children, and First Class passengers to board.

According to detailed accounts from Ida's maid and Isidor's work colleague, (both surviving eyewitnesses who recounted the story to newspapers at the time), a Third Officer told Ida, who was wearing a full-length mink coat to brave the icy outdoor temperatures, to step onto the lifeboat. She did. When the officer beckoned to Isidor, prompting him to follow, he shook his head. Isidor said,

“No I will not get on the lifeboat until I see that every woman and child has a chance to escape.”

The officer recognizing Mr. Straus as the co-owner of Macy’s, offered him a place on the lifeboat but he declined electing to remain on the deck.

Seeing this, his beloved Ida then climbed back out of the boat and turned to her beloved husband.

"We have lived a wonderful life together for 40 years and have six beautiful children together, if you won't get on the life boat, I won't either,” she told him.

She removed her mink coat and handed it her maid, Ellen Bird.

"I won't have any further need," she said. "Please take this as you get into a lifeboat to keep you warm, until you are rescued."

Isidor wrapped his arms around her, then, a great wave came over the port side of the ship and swept them both into the sea.

An old man in Miami calls up his son in New York and says, "Listen, your mother and I are getting divorced. Forty-five years of misery is enough."

"Dad, what are you talking about?" the son screams.

“We can't stand the sight of each other any longer,” he says. "I'm sick of her face, and I'm sick of talking about this, so call your sister in Chicago and tell her," and he hangs up.

Now, the son is worried. So he calls up his sister.

She says, "Like hell they’re getting divorced!" and calls her father immediately. "You’re not getting divorced! Don't do another thing, the two of us are flying home tomorrow to talk about this. Until then, don't call a lawyer, don't file a paper, DO YOU HEAR ME?” and she hangs up.

The old man turns to his wife and says "Okay, they’re coming for Christmas and paying their own airfares."

Step 1 - Set up a page.

Step 2 - Make sure your page’s identity is unique and different from your profile account.

Step 3 - Invite existing Facebook friends on your profile account to follow your page. Notice the few who follow, they are your real friends.

If only 20 out of 5k friends followed, then it means you only have 20 real friends.

Step 4 - Transfer all major activities to your newly set up page and actively engage posts.

Step 5- Remove profile photo from Facebook account and stop posting there, This will channel the traffic to your page.

Once they stop seeing your posts on Facebook, they will search your page.

Step 6 - Follow specific accounts from your old account and engage their posts with your page. This will create more visibility for you.

Step 7 - Jump on trends, repost video contents, leave your comments in popular blog trends to generate visibility and gain followers.

Step 8 - Celebrate your new followers no matter how small, do not compare your small wins to celebrities.

Step 9 - The journey is going to be slow and frustrating but atleast now you know your worth and what it means to gain true followers. Keep grinding.

Step 10 - Make and engage other posts everyday and always feed your followers with something new and fresh.

Social media has made you ungrateful and unappreciative to your small wins because you constantly compare with others.

Most of you don’t even value or celebrate 10 Likes on post and 50 views on videos because someone else is celebrating 100k likes and views.

You think 10 Likes is small achievement?

Imagine 10 people agreeing to what you posted? Imagine 10 people calling you to say something nice?

Imagine 50 random people, pausing their life and abandoning everything else just to watch your video?

The good thing about pages is that, the LIKES may be low but trust me, Facebook algorithm has shown it to about 100-1000 people who only read without liking or commenting.

Learn to celebrate your small wins and big wins will find its way to your doorstep when you list expect.

KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UK, GREAT BRITAIN, BRITAIN, ENGLAND

A lot of people in Nigeria and indeed all over the world, including well travelled, elite class people often confuse England, United Kingdom, Britain and Great Britain. Well, here's the way to differentiate them:

England is a country just as Nigeria, and its capital is London just like Abuja is the capital of Nigeria.

Great Britain is a collection of 3 countries which came together as one country and has its capital as London. Those 3 countries are:

1. England,
2. Scotland and
3. Wales.

When you include Northern Ireland to these 3 countries, they become United Kingdom (union of four nations) Viz:
1. England,
2. Scotland,
3. Wales, and
4. Northern Ireland.

That is why it is referred to as the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Collectively, the four are taken as one country. And when this is the case, London is its capital.

Note however that these four individual nations all have their own respective capitals.

Accordingly, the capital of
Scotland is Edinburgh,
Wales is Cardiff;
Northern Ireland is Belfast.
England is London.

Ps: Northern Ireland is not to be mistaken for the Republic of Ireland. The latter is a separate country and its capital is Dublin.

Yesterday, I read an update here though I don't know how true it is that from June this year, Mark Azuka will make N!geria eligible for Fac.ebook monetization. That is Goodnews for Content creators who live in N!geria.

It means those who live in Nigeria will start earning from their content directly.

So if it's true, there is a need for you to know that Mark Azuka doesn't pay you for having an account or just being online but pays you for creating content back-to-back with engagements. It could be visual or written.

One is making N!geria eligible, which is one of the criteria and the second is for you to pass all requirements. I joined Facebook in 2013 and made posts once in a while but from 2018 till this day, I have been very active here.

You must be consistent and good at it. It's not “post today and leave tomorrow”. I hardly go a day without at least making 3 posts from 2018 till this day.

From June, the euphoria for many to begin content creation will be there but after a couple of weeks, it will go down because a lot of people will QUIT.

Why will they quit? They will realize that it's not as easy as they thought. That's when you will realize that getting one follower isn't as easy as you think. That's when you will realize that making a one-line sentence on your wall isn't easy. That's when you will realize that making a post and having no engagement at all isn't easy.
