has had a way cool makeover, so we head to Trafalgar Theatre to review the new .

Marking 30 years since the hit was released, it’s a gloriously nostalgic romp through the , with a catchy score by who has successfully captured the tone of the film’s genre-jumping soundtrack - which features tracks from and to the Beastie Boys and - into the musical.

The production is forensically faithful to the film, and the amazing Emma Flynn is more like Alicia Silverstone than Silverstone herself, as Beverly Hills High’s most popular student Cher, with vocals which hit every crevice of the theatre.

Her nerdy-nemesis-turned-lover Josh (Keenan McAuley) is another standout in this excellent cast, who performs some of the show’s catchiest tracks, like the Green Day-esque Human Barbies, admonishing Cher for playing with people like dolls while the cast dance around like Mattel toys.

It’s gouda brie a good day when you visit the floating cathedral to that is .

We board the cosy, 96 ft, double decker in to work our way through their -focused .

Highlights include the gooey, salty Cropwell Bishop and walnut , with moreish mayo and their famous sandwich - try their crispy golden, La Latteria , smoked bacon and chilli honey sarnie.

The main event is their selection of , each served with unique pairings. These included Driftwood with crunchy and rosemary sugar; Cornish with clotted cream and our personal favourites, the Cote Hill Blue with a and the funky, creamy with spiced hibiscus poached . Phwoar.

Naturally, the are equally cheesy - we had the brilliantly unique - served with a jug of to pour over it, like its traditional coffee and ice cream inspiration - and the sticky, British and spiced apple strudel.

It does’t get cheddar than that.

We join heavyweights, Chef and at the recently launched by Carlo Cracco in for Dinner with the Stars.

The one-off collaboration between two of Italy’s most celebrated chefs showcases TERRA’s diverse Italian dishes - our highlights are the creamy and ; the silky and tangy fried with lemon pesto and his famous and number.

We’re also treated to Chef Mazzei's signature show dishes, like the dreamy fired - TERRA has a two metre wood fired at its heart.

The cosy space reimagines an al fresco dining experience in Italy, with softly lit festoon lighting, draped in greenery and wrapped in warm earthy and verdant green tones.

It’s the first UK restaurant to introduce Chef Cracco’s avant-garde culinary vision and is a must for lovers.

We took our on the UK's run at Snowsports Centre.

We timed the 740 metre run during apocalyptic rain - discovering that it goes ahead in all weather.

And it was soggy, high fun - plus, with two kids under 7, adults went . Boom.

Luckily, there's a cosy, cafe to warm up with and food, afterwards, while watching people zoom down the slope outside.

At £9 for two runs and £17 for five, it's a great experience for everybody aged four and up, requiring minimal skills for BIG .

Since you control the speed, younger tobogganists can have a more gentle whizz around the pretty, twisting course.

#LeedsCastle has turned its #Christmas dial up to 11 with its stunning #lighttrail through the magnificent, 550-acre estate, blazing and twinkling with festive magic until 1 #January. We head to its #launch, where we discover #gingerbread men and #fireworks exploding across the castle walls; winding paths of flaming flowers, shimmering in the water; sparkling #tunnels, a field of #light which dances to Christmas #music; giant colour-changing lilies illuminating the #lake and an otherworldly, lit #waterfall.
