TRUE STORY ABOUT THE LADY THAT T0**OK HER OWN LIFE.

45 year old chartered accountant, Folake Abiola , didn't die because of all that was claimed.

She suffered depression a mental disorder which made her act weird sometimes. Investigations revealed that she had bipolar/psychological problems.

The father usually helped her from time to time when she had mental episodes but after the de@th of her father , it became difficult for her to manage herself. The younger brother also lived with her but after he got married , he moved to his own apartment and she was left alone in the house.

Neighbours and her security man also confirmed that whenever they notice her in an abnormal behaviour, they usually call her sister. She was said to wonder about aimlessly during her crisis.

The condition she had was the real reason behind her staying single and also not having a child as she normally laments that she can't take care of another person when she hasn't been able to take care of herself .

Depression as a component of bipolar disorder lead to suicidal attempt which took her life.

Mental health matters and we should encourage more people to speak up and also seek medical help.

A man was saved from jumping off lekki- ikoyi Bridge in lagos.

A distraught man has been saved from committing su***de at the lekki- ikoyi link Bridge in lagos state on Wednesday, June 1 2022. The man was seen holding onto the railings and was ready to jump off the bridge but was saved by some LCC patrol officers who got to him in time.

What would have been the reason behind his intended action? Cheii! Whatever maybe the reason, taking ones own life can never be a solution to a problem. Thank God for quick intervention.

That's why I don't blame the party goers, it's really better to be a party freak than be depressed, ladies expecially single women please don't k!ll yourself with loneliness, truly, sometimes we want to stay away from men due to their lies, etc but still it's not worth it... if you know you don't have a man of your own, please go out with friends, party, club, drink, if you like get high and sleep away your sorrow, life goes on....
