We’re proud to be supporting the Children’s Black Book Fair once again!📚🖤 CBBF UK 2026
Taking place this year on 22 August in Dalston at CLR James Library, the fair is now in its third year and is one of the UK’s most exciting celebrations of Black children’s literature. Following the incredible success of last year’s event, which welcomed over 1,500 families, children and community members to Hackney Central Library, this year’s fair promises to be even bigger and better!🥳
Expect a full day of inspiring activities, including the Young Author Marketplace, Storyteller Marathon, Windrush Corner, Boys’ Book Cave and so much more! All designed to inspire a love of reading, creativity and culture.📖
We’re also incredibly proud to have secured support from an amazing group of partners helping to bring the day to life, including Inclusive Books for Children , Palmer's UK , Port Royal , Macmillan Children's Books , Bloomsbury Children’s Books ,CremeofNatureUK , The Reading Agency , Children’s Book Project , Very Puzzled and many more!
