CRISPY PICKLE FRIES π₯ Vegan, Oil Free & Low Calorie Density!!
I was craving a salty crunchy low calorie snack and this really ticked all the boxes! The crunch was to die for π₯
Ingredients
5-6 pickle
Batter:
1/2 cup chickpeas flour
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tao dried dill
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Sauce:
3 tbsp unsweetened vegan yogurt
1/4 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tsp sriracha
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt
1. Slice your pickles in to quarters length wise.
2. Mix all your batter ingredients until smooth. Pour breadcrumbs into a separate bowl. Dip each pickle into the batter and then into the breadcrumbs. Lay on a lined baking sheet. Repeat and pop into the oven for 20-25 mins or until golden brown and crispy.
3. Mix the sauce ingredients and get dunking!

Ingredients:
3 ripe spotty frozen bananas
1/2 cup chickpeas beans
1 cup frozen cauliflower
3 cups of spinach
A few drops of mint extract
1-2 medjool dates
Splash of plant milk
Dark vegan chocolate chips (optional)
1. Blend all the ingredients in a high power blender or food processor until you get the most incredible smooth ice cream.

Ingredients (makes 2 waffles)
3 courgettes
1 cup chickpea flour
1 tsp garlic salt
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp dried basil
Easy Coleslaw:
1 cup purple cabbage
1 apple, grated
3 tbsp unsweetened vegan yogurt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Extras: cucumber, lettuce
1. grate courgettes up and add in the rest of the waffle ingredients. Mix well until well combined.
2. Pour half into a heated waffle maker and let cook for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Mix all coleslaw ingredients together and then turn the waffle into an epic sandwich wish your fave fillings!

2 cup basmati rice
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
1 tin of black beans, drained
1 cup corn
1 packet of vegan & oil free fajitas seasoning
2 courgettes, grated
1/2 a white cabbage, grated
1/2 a huge white onion
2 cups of water
Salt as desired
Extras:
Vegan unsweetened yogurt
Coriander
Cherry tomatoes
1. Throw everything into an oven safe dish, cover with foil so it doesnβt burn and bake at 180 Celsius for 40 minutes. Garnish with yoghurt, coriander and cherry tomatoes.
And itβs that simple! Super delicious and fantastic for weight loss π

I woke up craving burgers, but wanted to make it healthy vegan weight loss style! And trust me, it totally hit the spot π₯ Plus they are super easy & cheap to make!
You can totally have burgers to lose weight & get healthy and this is my new favourite recipe!
Ingredients
1.5 cups red lentils, soaked
5 medium carrots, grated
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
Extras:
Iceberg lettuce
Tomato
Pickles
Oil free hummus (recipe in my first meal plan for maximum weight loss π in my bio)
Ketchup
1. Soak red lentils in boiling water for 15-20mins. Drain, rinse & pop into a food processor with the rest of the burger ingredients. Blitz until it comes together.
2. Form into patties and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 Celsius, flipping half way though.
3. To keep it fantastic for weight loss I added mine to a lettuce bun with all the extras!

Ingredients (6 decent snacks or even a full meal)
2 cups of grapes
Low Calorie Peanut Butter:
2 cups of chickpeas
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of peanut butter powder
3-4 medjool dates
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup plant milk
Optional - melted vegan dark chocolate
1. Remove grapes from the stalk and place on a plate with parchment paper.
2. Blend together the peanut butter ingredients. Pour over the grapes. Sprinkle with optional melted dark chocolate and freeze for 4-6 hours.
Enjoy your levelled up frozen grape experience π

I was absolutely craving pizza, but really wanted to keep it whole foods & fantastic for weight loss! This base is utterly amazing and is pretty darn easy to throw together β¨
Ingredients
1 cup quinoa
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
Pinch of salt
My fave mozzarella:
1 box of silken tofu
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp tapioca starch
1/4 cup water
Plus your fave toppings!
1. Soak quinoa in boiling water for 15 mins (or overnight if you fancy), drain & blend with crust ingredients until smooth. Pour on parchment paper and spread out into a pizza shape.
2. Bake in the oven at 220 Celsius for 15-20 minutes or until firm & golden
3. Pop your toppings on & blast for another 5-10 mins in the oven. And enjoy!

Ingredients (enough mixture for 8-10 magnums)
1 tin chickpeas, drained
1 cup steamed cauliflower
3 rips bananas
3 cups of frozen/ fresh mango
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 medjool dates
Vegan dark chocolate for coating
1. Blend all the ingredients apart from the dark chocolate until nice and smooth. Pop into ice cream moulds and freeze overnight.
2. Take out and dip in optional melted dark vegan chocolate. For maximum weight loss I would have it without the chocolate coating!

Today I was absolutely craving spaghetti & meatballs, but wanted to keep it whole foods plant based & perfect for maximum weight loss - and oh boy they were amazing β¨
Beans are incredible for health & weight loss as they are packed with fibre & protein and are also super satisfying and keep you full for ages!
Ingredients
2 tins of chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
1/2 an onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup oat flour
1. Blitz everything up in a food processor until it comes together. Form into balls and oven/air fry for 20mins at 180 Celsius or until brown and slightly crispy!
2. I served mine with courgette noodles (zoodles to you guys in the states) and a super easy homemade tomato sauce π

If you are looking for a fun way to get in more veggies then you have to try this one - itβs so simple to throw together and absolutely delish!
I paired it with my low fat super easy vegan & oil free garlic mayo π full recipe is in my second meal plan π in my bio
Ingredients
1 head of broccoli
1 onion
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/4 cup fresh parsley
Juice of a lemon
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove of garlic
Salt to taste
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1. Add your broccoli and onion to a food processor and blitz until fine (you could of course just chop it up super tiny!)
2. Add it to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and form into patties. Place on a baking sheet and cook for about 15-20 mins or until nice and golden brown (flipping half way through)
Dunk into your weight loss friendly vegan mayo and enjoy!

If, like me, you have a mega sweet tooth and need something sweet after every meal (and you want to lose weight in the process) then this single ingredient sorbet might just hit the spot!
Itβs so refreshing and can definitely be made without a ninja creami π₯
Ingredients
A couple of slices of some nice sweet watermelon
Optional - a squeeze of lime
1. Slice and freeze some watermelon either in your ninja Creami tub or in a Tupperware with a little squeeze of lime juice.
2. If using the ninja then just spit it on sorbet mode 2-3 times until super creamy π
3. Or you can add your frozen watermelon directly into your high speedy blender and blitz until you reach that creamy sorbet consistency!
Itβs so easy and perfect for summer βοΈ
