Sorry, did you say you've overcome death, how many times? Had a life changing physical trauma so bad, you had to learn to walk again? Left with ongoing arthritis so painful you battle daily?
No, I didn't think so. Stop complaining about a life you've not had to suffer for. It's a miracle to be able to wake up every single day. If you're struggling to talk, open up it's the best way to help yourself and maybe even someone else. Someone around you actually loves you, whether you believe it or not. You are blessed, remember that! YOU ARE BLESSED!

I won't ever be grateful enough, that people want to make music with me or want to learn whatever experiences I've gained along my journey that I can share with them. I genuinely feel privileged to do what I love doing on a daily. Success for me, in simple terms is this, actually coming as far as I have, knowing you've been given yet another opportunity to do something great. Perhaps, inspiring and life changing, whether it be to you or someone else. Helping to add value to someone else's life, specifically, is worth its weight in gold. Happy Sunday 💙

Was a privilege to be amongst such exquisite talent x

Reflecting on the rollercoaster that has been 2023, it's safe to say it's been quite the challenging year. Yet, amidst the odds, there were remarkable moments of triumph. From the inception of filming my debut pilot TV show with Peacock in January to the incredible interviews with inspiring women like July Jones , , and . The organisation of Nathan Palmer October fashion show, which not only made headlines but was graced by the presence of notable personalities like , , , , , , , , and , among a host of others, merits heartfelt gratitude to Martin and Ian for their calming support in the lead-up and also to .showering and his business for sponsoring the drink for my clients show. 🙏🏻

It’s not all work though, let’s not forget attending some pretty cool events such as Hallowzeem and LFW shows of which I get to support my friends on and off the runway, visiting 6 countries (my favourite being Dubai), the progression of my business Origins Of CJM , and fostering connections that I aspire will flourish further in 2024. To finish with a standout memory revolves around my birthday month in August when I participated in my first-ever international campaign shoot for in France. The resulting footage has been showcased in an Italian magazine this week, marking a milestone overflowing with sheer joy and satisfaction.
