Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has been told he must sell Harry Kane if he cannot persuade the England captain to sign a new contract.
Spurs owner Joe Lewis is understood to have informed Levy he is not prepared to let Kane run down his contract and leave as a free agent next summer.
Sources have indicated that if Levy cannot convince the striker to extend his deal, Lewis will expect the club to sell rather than forgo a huge fee, with Tottenham valuing Kane at around £100 million, if not more.

Bayern Munich are preparing a third offer for Kane and do not believe the striker wants to sign a new contract with Tottenham, who are thought to be willing to pay him as much as £400,000 a week to stay.

It remains to be seen if Manchester United could be tempted to formalise their interest in Kane - who would be manager Erik ten Hag’s dream target - given Lewis’ ultimatum.

Manchester United have agreed a €51m (£43.9m, $57.4m) fee plus €4m in add-ons with Inter Milan for the signing of Andre Onana.

He will fly to Manchester today to complete his medical and begin the process of obtaining his visa, allowing him to be available to join Manchester United’s pre-season tour of America

Neymar has joined PSG for their pre-season preparations this week, and is believed to be in the process of considering his future at the Parc des Princes. The world’s most expensive player has four years left on his contract, which is set to expire in 2027

If Neymar takes the decision to look away from Ligue 1, Chelsea are poised to swoop, and the Blues are thought to monitoring Neymar's conversations with his new manager closely. 

Chelsea previously mulled a move for the talented winger in August 2022 in an attempt to reunite Neymar with another former manager, Thomas Tuchel. 
Since the deal stalled whilst Chelsea pursued other targets, the west London side has maintained a roiling interest in the player that could yet spark a landmark deal.

Should the Blues make an offer for Neymar - PSG are thought to value their record signing at £59m - travelling to the Premier League would see him link up once again with Mauricio Pochettino, who he worked with during the manager's brief spell in the French capital.

PSG remain determined on recruiting a number 9 this summer. They will do everything possible to attract Tottenham and England player Harry Kane.

Staff were in London last week to meet with representatives of the player, including Tottenham boss Daniel Levy. Bayern Munich remains the 29-year-olds preferred choice, however, Levy is working on a contract renewal that would see Harry receive 400k per week.

Sources close to the player confirmed that Paul Winstanley has been speaking to Toney’s camp since May. Toney would be open to a move. If Paul can encourage other directors, an official approach could be made when Toney’s ban ends. The player will not be able to play for club or country until his suspension ends on January 16, 2024
