Today we are sharing a celestial story of regional representative-Rabeea Rasheed

Astronomy captured my fascination in my early years, when my sister would read captivating cosmic tales and articles from Time Magazine to me. I was just twelve at the time. She would translate everything into Urdu, unraveling the complexities of scientific concepts. Even after she moved to the UK, and our meetings decreased to once a year, she ensured the spark she ignited within me never waned. In 2012, She gave me my first telescope, followed by another in 2022. Each time I gaze through its lens, I'm reminded of my humble beginnings in a small room with my sister.

Today, my journey has led me to mentor over 4000 students, surrounded by a supportive community and loving Space Hero family. The encouragement from Space Hero, Blue Marble, and my own family fuels my determination to democratize space, mirroring the way it was introduced to me in Lahore. Below is a picture I captured of yesterday's supermoon using the very telescope my sister gifted me.
