FOREST RADIO ๐ณ๐ป
A new radio station coming soon to Forest Gate ๐ป
Despite still weathering the storm of the uncertain economic outlook through our crowdfunding campaign, our orchard continues to grow as we press play on our next project Forest Radio - community powered broadcasting to the forest and beyond ๐
Forest Radio is launching as a branch of The Forest ๐ณ and will be transmitting out of our community station Tracks ๐
A collaborative platform that will nurture community connection, weโll be turning the dial to give a voice to local heroes, grassroots projects and small business all through the medium of music, podcasts and shows ๐ง
Stay tuned for more updates but in the meantime if youโd like to get involved with a podcast or show send us a signal: [email protected] ๐ฃ๏ธ

Our paper for people is online now!

Enter the Forest to connect with your local community.
The Forest is a branch of Forest Gate's ever-evolving social hub Tracks Bar and is a community driven magazine, for the people, by the people. Our orchard of content features art & culture, food & drink, health & wellness and home & garden plus profiles of local lives who are the fabric of The Forest. Weโre also providing a forum to further community connection and encourage engagement through topics including local news, jobs and events.
The pandemic has been a catalyst in many of our local residents reevaluating their careers and lifestyle. Our vision is to nurture an inclusive and cooperative economy that supports local creatives and encourages entrepreneurship regardless of age, background or experience.
A collaborative platform that champions community, we will shine a light on small business and grassroots projects all through the lens of budding writers and local authors.
