Don’t get drown in the overwhelming news… and sometimes fake news! If you are experiencing intense anxiety, maybe try turning off the news notification and only check out trustworthy sources once a day. 📰
2️⃣ ⭐️ Most importantly: Love yourself. ❤️ Appreciate your emotions.
⭐️⭐️It’s completely normal to feel something different these days. You don’t have to be like anyone else. If you feel overwhelmed, it’s fine. If you can’t get productive, it’s fine. The most important thing right now is to take care of yourself. It is totally fine to feel. We all have emotions, ups and downs. The point is, LEARN TO COPE and don’t get drowned.
