Do you want to visit Ronda, Spain? Hope you’ll add Ronda to your travel list after watching this video Ronda is a beautiful mountain top town in the Malaga region of Spain. It’s ideal for a day trip from Malaga or Marbella or anywhere really on the Costa del Sol. The town is quite compact so you can see everything in one day The El Tajo gorge divides the city’s old town and new town with beautiful views everywhere you look. Your first stop is Puente Nuevo, the iconic 98m high bridge. Once you’ve crossed the bridge you can spend some time exploring the viewpoints and nearby walking trails for that perfect pic opportunity The food scene in Ronda, Spain is so authentic. I spotted a queue of locals outside a tapas bar where you scribble your orders on a sheet of paper. The tapas were only £1! Is it worth it? Dinner for two at the renowned two Michelin star restaurant @brasserieuno in Zermatt, Switzerland 🇨🇭 Fine dining doesn’t have to be stuffy! At Brasserie Uno, experience casual yet exquisite fine dining with two @MichelinGuide Michelin stars—one for exceptional cuisine and another for sustainability (Green Star). No dress code, just great food, great service, and unforgettable flavors. The surprise five course tasting menu at Brasserie Uno is 170CHF and they do a hop on-hop off wine pairing at 16CHF per glass. The fine dining experience lasts 3.5 hours Brasserie Uno was badly affected by the flooding in Zermatt during the Summer and are only reopening now so I wanted to support them as this was such a fine dining highlight and must-visit restaurant in Zermatt, Switzerland The tasting menu changes with the seasons and we had unique dishes like white asparagus with miso and caviar, perch fish stew and Mexican pulled Swiss goat taco. Amazing for a special occasion in Zermatt, Switzerland. After some mixed experiences at Kricket previously, this Sunday roast truly won me over. The restaurant’s bright, retro space and signature counter seating allow you to watch the grill in action. Start your meal with some incredible Indian snacks. Don’t miss the tomato rasam pani puri and the mackerel, miso and ginger fried idli - such a perfect combo! My personal favorite? The mirchi vada - it’s a must try! Choose between roast chicken or roast cauliflower on this Sunday roast menu. The chicken is £20pp with rice, chicken seekh kebab, black garlic raita, that is an unbeatable deal for a London Sunday roast menu! We ordered the half chicken swimming in Musallam sauce. And trust me, the butter chicken potatoes are the star of the show, so addictive! Finish off with a delightful Indian bread and butter pudding. I highly recommend their £129 8 course tasting menu, a unique Indian fine dining experience You’ll find uniquely presented Indian food with a perfect balance of flavour and spices, all expertly cooked to perfection I was impressed by the seafood Malabar scallops and tawa halibut. The meat courses were sublime, my favourite being the lamb chop pulao, my new favourite way to have a lamb chop. All served with Indian food staples like dal makhani and paratha Now I want to go back to Benares again soon!
