Here’s a fresh take on an classic, remixed by legendary jazz saxophonist Jason Yarde. His cover of “Dream All Night” is a reworking of Pressure Point’s “Dreaming”, originally released in the late '80s. Blending Pressure Point’s tight, groovy instrumentals with the soulful voice of P.P. Arnold, the legend behind hits like “The First Cut is the Deepest” and “Angel of the Morning”, this track is a slice of ‘90s soulful butter! 🔥🎷

Classic Pressure Point arrangements incorporate punchy brass sections, funk bass, sweeping strings and deep soul jazz. But mainly, their tunes stay in your head and make you want to dance.
The PP Arnold sessions were always going to deliver some choice tracks, and ‘Dreaming’ was the first of two bangers to be released from the collaboration. ‘Dreaming’ was written by Sean Maher and Anthony Longden, and it’s a song that looks at the early promise of love and longing from both sides of a relationship. And it makes you want to dance….

P.P. Arnold's story is that of a rich and varied life. From her early musical origins in powerhouse church gospel, the talented singer's career began when she joined the Ike & Tina Turner R***e at the age of just seventeen. But little did the young Ikette know how much her world was about to be turned upside-down...
Upon arriving in London in 1966 to support the Rolling Stones, the shy but vivacious nineteen-year-old caught the eye of frontman Mick Jagger. He would persuade her to stay in the city and record as a solo artist, ultimately leading to a five-decade career working with everyone from Jagger, Rod Stewart, the Small Faces, Eric Clapton and Nick Drake to Barry Gibb, Peter Gabriel, Roger Waters, Paul Weller.
