This week marks ten years since I started going to the Gym/Lifting Weights, now ten years later I just completed another long workout. My gym journey to get to where I am today has been a great journey of sacrifice, self control and discipline. A reminder that change doesn't happen overnight but takes hard work and determination, it takes an attitude of no excuses and self accountability, truly qualities that are missing from many of us in society today.

From a spiritual aspect the gym has also became a great place of prayer and bible study for me over the years. A place where I listen to lectures, sermons and the bible in audio form. Where I grow both physically and spiritually, where I installed some of the qualities of the man I am today.

From a mental perspective, it provided me a great way to feel more positive and release stress and frustration in a healthy natural way. Boosting confidence and self esteem in the process.

Let this year be the year you change physically, mentally and spiritually in a positive direction. In Jesus name Amen.

Had a fantastic end to my year going to evening Catholic Mass and then attending the Christ's Liberty Church cross over service this New Years Eve!

I am very thankful for this past year and everything I have experienced, and I am even more thankful to walk into another year. A year of spreading the love of God in all that I do, in Jesus name Amen!

1 Corinthians 13:9-10, 12-13 ESV
[9] For we know in part and we prophesy in part, [10] but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away.
[12] For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known. [13] So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
