Today I wanted to give you some context. Numbers are amazing but the words that accompany them are what really makes me happy. I’m showing you the 2 platforms we use here. We find generally girls prefer one platform to the other and that’s fine by us. I have given you a weekly overview of 2 models earnings shared by them to me or in a group chat setting. Proof they do another job alongside camming & just how exciting/liberating/addictive this job is. I hate calling it a job because it’s so much more then that to me & to our models. I get a lot of comparison questions through our DM’s - like why should I pick you over another agency and as you all know I don’t believe in comparing.

I believe in staying in our own lane & never bashing other agency’s. Each to their own I say.

I’m so proud of each and every model who works in our industry. I know it can be hard with outsiders judgments when they just don’t know how liberating, confidence building & financially freeing this is for us.

Am I the right look to be a c&m girl?

The answer is always YES. There is no perfect one size fits all for this job. We believe variety is the spice of life & it’s the same with this.

Anyone who has personality & drive can do this job. Your confidence WILL dramatically improve (as well as your bank balance)

There is 1 important factor when applying - how you present yourself in your application is really important.

We like crystal clear, bright light photos. You must NOT be n**e. Please give us a little something in your bio, because we can’t see a personality in a photo, so the more information about you the better.

We don’t care for a dress size, colour, age, or religion, we care that you are honest & trustworthy (incredibly important for c&m & our team), that you have some get up and go. The ability to be a self starter as well as an amazing listener.
