There’s not many things I love more than cocktails and talking about homeware so I loved co-hosting the launch event of the strawberry and lychee margarita and chatting through some summer products from Originals London. I absolutely adore products just shake with ice and there you have it, a perfect cocktail… this new one is my absolute favourite and I’m already looking forward to having another this Friday… 🍸 (PS. Hi everyone, it’s with a very heavy heart that I’ve made the decision to close Originals London at the end of August. I’ve poured my heart and soul into the business over the last two and a bit years but unfortunately sometimes even determination and hard work is not enough and it’s the smart thing to do to make the hard decision.

None of this would have been possible without you, our customers and followers and the thousands of you that have ordered with us and those who have liked, commented, reviewed thank you from the bottom of my heart it honestly means the world.

I am incredibly proud of the last few years, from being featured in Grazia, Red, House & Garden and many other amazing publications, to our products being on This Morning, styling and photographing all of our shoots and collaborations, our event at the Museum of the Home, raising money for charity, and of course working with and meeting such talented and brilliant female artisans, small businesses and suppliers. I’ve learnt so much and it’s been immensely rewarding.

We will be running our summer sale and clearance in the next months (get your Christmas prezzies now!) as well as an IRL open studio sale on the 5th and 6th of August with clearance prices. I really hope to see you there!

I have also decided to combine my Instagram accounts in one place, here, and will be changing the name in due course. I will be sharing a curated selection of products for sale as well as all of the things I love and enjoy in the form of lifestyle content with you, shopping finds, tables, styling, outfits and of course a good dose of cat action too.

I’m looking forward to what is next and this is not the end but just a pivot for now. I know that one day in the future I will run another business and have a beautiful store when things (hopefully) look a little different. Watch this space!
