of visitors that visit Wales all year round. So in every one of our six issues each year we strive to give to you the current picture of Wales. From mountains to mining, from castles to caves, from fields to forests, how do you link the many different strands that depict Wales’ rich heritage? Well actually the answer isn’t too difficult because there’s a link between all of these things. Wales is the country it is today because of them and we represent them all in Welsh Country magazine. We seek to celebrate Wales’ diversity by allowing talented writers and photographers to tell their stories by their favourite means. Our regular features cover Welsh villages, history, wildlife, walking, gardening, fishing, business news, places to stay, Wales’ amazing local artisan food producers, as well as the thriving Welsh arts & crafts scene. These are just some of the features you’ll find in each issue.
