Let’s Party! 🎉

On Friday, we were honoured to provide the entertainment and equipment setup for The Lord Mayor of Liverpool’s Christmas Ball. It was a fantastic night with Podcafe’s Clare Campbell dazzling everyone on vocals, while Roy Basnett handled the sound and lighting and kept the party going as DJ.

A truly memorable festive celebration!

It’s been a whirlwind few days at Podcafe! We’ve been thrilled to collaborate with The Edible Group and the Asda Christmas Campaign, lending a hand at the Light Up Liscard event and welcoming the brilliant Natasha Hamilton for her media round at our Liverpool studio.

Over the course of the day, Natasha connected with 17 media outlets across the UK—including the BBC, OK Magazine, and The Daily Mirror, to name but a few.

This Friday at Podcafe, we were thrilled to welcome 60s pop icon Billy J Kramer for a truly special event.

Billy shared captivating stories about his legendary career, reflecting on the “Merseybeat” movement and his pivotal role in the British Invasion of the US music scene with Podcafe's Roy Basnett

We also heard about Billy's passionate support for Liverpool Heartbeat, a brilliant local charity founded by Robin Baines. It was inspiring to see Nicola Broadley join us too, whose tireless work for the organisation makes a real difference.
