Exactly 10 years ago today, our first performance took place at the Sääsepirina Alguse Kontsert in Soomaa national park, Estonia. The concert took place in the middle of the night in the fog, so had to tune the instruments all the time due to high humidity. It was also a very dark and cold night!

Jasdeep Singh Degun announces Darbar recital, with more September/October dates in England and Wales to come!

I can’t believe that I’m writing this, but I’m delighted to announce that I’ll be performing a main stage solo recital at this year’s Darbar Festival. It’s a festival I have dreamed of playing since its inception almost 20 years ago, and it’s where I have seen some of my all time favourite performances. I ask for all of your blessings and good wishes as it will be a major musical milestone for me - wish me luck!! I’ll be joined on tabla by the international superstar Anubrata Chatterjee bhai 🙏🏼
