But let’s be honest; stepping outside your comfort zone can feel like a leap into the unknown. 'Go big or go home' feels too much and too risky with nothing to catch you should it all go t**s up and you come crashing down.

But here’s the thing…instead of leaping OUT of your comfort zone, what if you could EXPAND the one you already have?

Creating great packaged services that sell requires:

👉 Knowing how long things will take you
👉 Getting clear on outcomes
👉 Mitigating the chance of scope creep and ambiguity
👉 Managing expectations
👉 Understanding your ideal client
👉 Considering value
👉 Looking at profitability
👉 Understanding how they fit into your service suite as a whole
👉 Considering tiered options and bolt-ons

“I can’t afford it...”

We’ve all heard it, right? Money is one of the most common barriers stopping clients from investing.

But here’s the truth: Sometimes, it’s not about the cost (even if that’s what your clients tell themselves):

➡️ It’s about how much they trust YOUR support will help them move forward.
➡️ It’s about how safe they feel to invest with YOU.

Clients need to SEE the value before they feel confident investing.

✨ So, how can you show them?

✅ Create opportunities to build trust in you and your services.
Create scaled-down offers like single calls, ebooks, workshops or mini-courses that offer BIG value at a lower price point. This can help people progress and feel secure enough to make bigger investments and commitments with you in the future.

✅ Use testimonials, case studies and data to show the ROI your clients can expect - social proof is powerful!
Where possible, track your data to SHOW the difference you make (open rates, clicks, traffic, % increases, etc - the numbers don’t lie and add a quantifiable element to your social proof)

✅ Be transparent with your pricing and explain precisely what they’ll gain by working with you.
Don’t focus on what they get in your marketing but the difference it will make. (You’ve heard it - sell the benefits, not the features) .Connect the dots for them and make it crystal clear why YOUR services are the solution they need.

Of course, sometimes money is a genuine issue, and if this is the case, consider offering payment plans or group programs to make your expertise more accessible to your clients!

I’m proud of my journey.

It hasn’t been as quick or as flashy as some. It didn’t happen overnight.

But what it has been is CONSISTENT and SUSTAINABLE.

(That's why I already know these figures before April 25!)

❌ My focus hasn’t been on doing more to earn more
❌ My focus hasn’t been on scaling as quickly as possible.
❌ My focus hasn’t been on quick wins.

✅ It has been on earning more and working LESS.
✅ It has been on hitting financial milestones and SUSTAINING them.
✅ It has been on creating financial security by creating REPEATABLE success.
✅ It has been about OPTIMISING and refining what I’m doing.

How did I do it?

👉I got clear on what I’m good at and leveraged it.
👉 I stopped selling my time for money.
👉 I stopped worrying about everyone else and what they were doing.
👉 I focused on quality over quantity.
👉 I got brave.

Hitting six figures in my business this year is amazing and an achievement I’m super proud of. But the reality is it makes no difference.

I was just as good at what I did before I hit six figures as after. Hitting six figures hasn’t been a focus. It’s been a RESULT of the focus I’ve had.

How often do you measure or promote the value you add to your clients against the hours you work?

The truth is, your value goes far beyond that.

It’s in how you transform your clients’ businesses, the clarity you bring to their chaos, and the confidence you instil in their decision-making.

If it hurts, you’re doing it wrong…

That’s what the NCT lady told me when we had our ‘breastfeeding session’ in preparation for our babies making it earthside.

Then the baby came, I tried to breastfeed and guess what… it f**cking hurt.

So my initial reaction was obviously, what am I doing wrong?

But after several weeks of perseverance, lots of tears, sheer stubbornness from me because I didn’t want to give up, me ignoring the opinions and judgement of those around me and finally, getting the proper support, we got sorted and, I continued to breastfeed my son until he was 20 months old. 

And I was thinking about this recently when having a conversation with someone about business. 👇

❌ About how black and white it can all be sometimes.

❌ How we’re led to believe that if something is difficult, we’re doing it wrong when there are SO many variables to consider (just like with breastfeeding).

And I’m all for selling the dream, the inspiration and how you can support people to make their journey easier.

❤️ But let’s stop pretending that business isn’t hard sometimes.

❤️ Let’s stop feeding the narrative that makes women feel inadequate - the narrative that makes us believe that if something feels hard, it isn’t normal or that we're doing it wrong.  

Because sometimes, things are hard, but hard doesn’t always mean something isn’t worth doing.🔥

Sometimes things that feel hard are EXACTLY the things you need to keep working towards. 

That’s why, with my clients, we normalise the messy middle. We acknowledge the growth and discomfort. We celebrate the trying, the courage, and the resilience they are building each day.

So they keep trying. They keep striving and they keep achieving.

Don't forget :
