Swan Music was delighted to welcome Friends 2 Friends to record a Christmas song at its city studio today. Their visit was made extra special by a surprise visit from dancing stars AJ and Curtis Pritchard who joined in with the singing. A big thank you to AJ and Curtis, Adrian Jackson of the Wolverhampton Grand Theatre and the We Love Lichfield fund. It was a wonderful morning!

We are starting to get moving again with Swan Music Lichfield and in the midst of decking out the new purpose built studios in Queen Street, whilst we are still in the temporary home just now was great to have our first little session last week, Lydia-May Cooney.

Lydia was looking for a quick audition production and indeed got into RADA a couple of days later off the back of the production. A talented young lady who needed just the right production and we hopefully met her expectations, success like this really makes the work we do worthwhile.

Swan Music Lichfield Is Back!

We are very pleased to announce that Swan Music Lichfield is back open this from this Thursday 6th May. In our new purpose built premises - Stradden House, Queen Street Lichfield.

After such a successful launch and amazing interest, The Covid scuppered the plans for a while, but we have been lucky enough to be working on some big projects over the last year but was always planned to reopen when we could!

Your Song Is Back!

Do you love to sing? Would you like to have your version of a favourite song professionally recorded in a state-of-the-art studio?

Well now you can, and right here in the heart of Lichfield at Swan Music’s purpose-built facility.

Covid restrictions brought a temporary halt to this exciting new music offering in the city but now “Your Song” is back and ready to welcome all performers.

So whether you’re a crooner, a rocker, love ballads, dance music or easy listening Swan Music has everything you need to enable you to put your personal stamp on your favourite music.

With more than 15,000 exclusive backing tracks library or if you have compositions of your own? We are ready and looking forward to working with you budding artists out there!

Well, What a day! We had a great time down in London recording our upcoming album with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra down at St Johns Smiths Square. Certainly proved challenging in these times, but was amazing. Couple of hundred mikes, outside specialist recording studio Floating Earth, one for the books! We are very much looking forward to mixing and releasing "A Royal Philharmonic Christmas" this December 1st. Heres a cheeky preview of a couple through the day......

Feeling festive, we are nearly ready for our next big production recording down in the smoke on the 27th ready for December 1st release. Not only is this a first in many ways, recording at the prestigious St John's Smiths Square having to turn it into a recording studio, but will be recording Christmas Classics never done before with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Going to be something quite special!

Ahead of our upcoming project we have been reminising and found a little interview someone did, twas the end of the day after our first ever production with the RPO. After a long day and having been overwhlemed not only by the surrounding but we had finally managed to realise a vision of many years.

We are delightfully prematurely feeling festive, preparing, scoring and arranging for the next big project. This is another big production for us we are excited will be released for this Christmas season. We can't wait to share all the details, but suffice to say its going to be Epic!
