Our Story
Fire In The Hole Productions is an independent film and television production company based in the South East of England. We are passionate about filmmaking and enjoy bringing the pages of history to life. Fire In The Hole Productions was founded by Rick Roberts in 1997. Rick started making and directing short films in 1992 as a hobby as he fell in love with cinema at an early age. As Rick's experience grew, he was able to get involved with larger scale projects which enabled him to begin investing in his own independent films such as See It Through, From This Day, Dark Country and Seventh Soldier. Rick has experience in writing, producing and providing expert military costume advice but his main passion will always be for his role as a director.
Fire In The Hole Productions has worked in a variety of production roles to help develop projects for HBO, BBC, CBS as well as several of its own independent features and film shorts. Many of these independent films have showcased at festivals all over the world and have been broadcast on televison networks such as SKY.
