Racquet Studios had the recent privilege of working with #Sony IMS to produce a fully immersive virtual performance on Fortnite with the awesome Myles Smith, which goes live today, Friday, October 25th 2024!
It's been incredible to work with Sony Music Entertainment, RCA Records and Sony Immersive Studios on this project, which serves as a fine example of the transformative ways in which artists like Myles are connecting with their audiences, leveraging hugely popular platforms, such as #Roblox and Fortnite to create dynamic and immersive experiences.
Through developing strategic partnerships with cutting-edge technologies including Move AI, Epic Games and Unreal Engine, with virtual studio partners such as Racquet Studios for capture and post-production processes, Sony Group is enabling artists to reach new audiences through innovative, immersive content.
It's a fascinating time as we witness the ongoing and rapid evolution of gaming platforms and collaborations like these are set to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the music and entertainment industries overall.

Today is the day that the awesome new music video for the launch of British Soul legend Alice Russell’s single ‘Gravity’!
Transporting Alice to another planet through the magic of virtual production #RacquetStudios, the awesome creative team at #WeAreTilt, with (Tilt) Director, Tiara Westlake, shaped a loose story around someone on a distant planet, allowing themselves to succumb to the power of the universe, as gravity shifts and their planet begins to break apart.

Wrapping an incredible dynamic shoot with the good folk at tilt and the incredible Alice Russell.

With a packed room, full of attendees from a range of creative courses, we delivered a deep dive into the transformative world of #virtual content creation and #filmmaking.
The event, which was hosted in partnership with #Canon Cinema EOS Cameras and Croatian specialist manufacturer, #stYpe, illustrated the evolution of virtual production, highlighting its significant advantages while emphasising the various creative and technical skills that feed into the cutting-edge solution.
