Breakfast (or was it brunch?) at The Trading Post!

We headed to our go-to spot in Lewes with a local client for a late breakfast (or perhaps brunch). With four of us at the table, we were all ready for some delicious food and good business conversation!

I opted for the Full Breakfast – a classic spread featuring free-range runny egg, smoked back bacon, a curly Cumberland sausage ring, roasted vine tomatoes, garlic flat mushroom, baked beans, toasted sourdough, and a touch of herb oil. The ingredients were exceptional and clearly sourced with quality in mind. The beans came in a little pot, which was a nice touch, and though I could’ve skipped the garlic on the mushroom, the bacon and sausage were especially tasty and flavoursome.

💫 Service was spot on, as always – they know how to keep our team fuelled and ready for productive chats. At £13.95, it’s priced just right for a hearty, locally-sourced meal in Lewes. We’ll be back
