Fireworks for your tastebuds! It’s bonfire night but we’re talking about a different kind of fire 🔥 - this is Nashville hot - spicy crispy fried chicken loaded with our chilli hot sauce, garlic mayo, American cheese, in-house dill pickles, red onion and lettuce all stacked in a gorgeous brioche. Now that’ll warm your insides 🌶️🔥

Today we waved Logan off on his travels to the other side of the world! He’s been a permanent fixture at TeeCee’s since he started washing the pots for us as a kid one summer. He’s grown up in that time and leaves us as, an excellent barista, a really friendly waiter, and an exceptional pain in the ass! 😉. We’ll certainly miss you checking yourself out in the coffee machine and those random mornings we thought we’d lost you and had to ring your mum! 😂

It’s not goodbye it’s just farewell, hopefully he’ll make a return to us at Easter when he’s seen a bit more of what the world has to offer (although we have told him there’s not much worth bothering with after the A30)

Let’s talk about breakfast! We love breakfast just as much as you guys which means we really make the effort to make sure we’ve got the best in local ingredients on the plate for you! Fresh farm eggs and local butchers’ meat, alongside our handmade potato rosti and gorgeous sourdough toast! The weekend isn’t complete without it!

Something we’ve learned recently about breakfast/brunch dishes is you guys love to customise. So much so, we made a little section on our menu where you can add extras to whatever you choose! Poachies is one of our classics - 2 poached eggs and avocado on our sourdough toast with pico de gallo, but wanna add crispy bacon? 🥓 No problem at all, we got ya!

What’s the green stuff?

It’s simple! it’s just a little spring onion garnish (and some fresh chopped parsley over the tomato). So now you know 🙂

Last week we had the absolute pleasure of watching our Claire marry the love of her life and it was beautiful - so was the party!
