What a great to start the new year with a new client! 🙌

Based in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, Little Fin Coffee Roastery was launched in 2018 and born out of a love and desire to produce the freshest and most flavoursome cup of filter coffee. Fast forward to 2022 and they now have a wide range of coffee's to chose from, all roasted to order and a selection of natural loose leaf teas with a range of health benefits from healthy skin to immune boosters.

TODAY IS GOING TO BE A GOOD DAY 😊

Apologies for not posting for a while. It’s been an incredibly busy time helping out our clients with their marketing needs. We’ve been in a TV studio filming virtual events, creating website copy for new businesses set to open soon and even built automated customer journey’s for not one, not two, but three European music festivals set to take place as soon as its safe to do so.

What an amazing ride it’s been! But it’s not over yet, still loads more to do; so the motto here at Legra Marketing HQ today is:

Here's our top 5 tips for making a positive first impression with your marketing:

1️⃣ Keep your branding consistent across all your online and offline marketing touchpoints, including stationary, social media channels, packaging.
2️⃣ Think about your customer journey from initial enquiry through to point of sale and after sales service and make it the best experience ever!
3️⃣ Think about your brands voice. How do you want your brand and products or services to be perceived? Are you professional or do you have a cheeky, playful side to the way you communicate with your audience?
4️⃣ Make sure your content provides real value - don't just post salesy messages and offers. Create the desire for your products first.
5️⃣ When meeting face-to-face (remember that?) for the first time, remember to listen and learn before going into your sales pitch. Build trust and respect first.
