THE LAST POST..
A previous request for a content creator, or someone to help run the page, resulted in no takers. I no longer visit the park, or am in touch with those who run it. Nor am I wishing to source items of interest for the page anymore. With the page's user group no longer producing any useable posts, the page will therefore cease to operate

TREE & BEE COLONY DOWN 🌳🐝
Thurs 3pm update. Cycle path still closed between the St Margaret's way entrance, and the pavillion. There is now a detour via the Oval. The bees are fine, and they think they have captured the Queen so hopefully relocation will be made easier. 🙂 🐝

The British Beekeepers’ Association (BBKA) is calling on the public to help fight a major threat to our honey bees, and other pollinators - Asian hornets. More than 1,000 beekeepers across the country are part of elite teams trained to provide emergency support to the National Bee Unit’s hornet hunters. Info 👉 https://www.bbka.org.uk/
