Cheese & Garlic Crack Bread 🍞
Ingredients:
Large bread roll (Asda do beaut ones)
Diced Garlic
Chopped Parsley
Olive oil
Cheddar cheese with chilli
Camembert Cheese
Red Leicester Cheese
Method:
-Place your Camembert cheese on the centre of the bread loaf and cut around it
-Diagonal cut the loaf all over
-Mix together Diced Garlic, Chopped Parsley and Olive Oil, combine together
-Spread mixture all over bread loaf making sure it goes into the cut diagonal slits
-Slice your cheese and place in the diagonal slits
-Place your Camembert in the centre hole made earlier and wrap the whole loaf in foil.
Bake in the oven at 200oC for 15 mins or until golden brown and ENJOY
Tips💡:
-If you buy a bigger Camembert I’d recommend heating it in the oven first for around 10 mins before adding it to the bread to make sure it’s super melted. Otherwise the bread may burn with the centre cheese not melted.
- You can leave out the Camembert Cheese and simply have it as a criss cross bread all over
-You can choose whichever cheese you want for the centre or to insert diagonally
