I’ve just launched my first-ever email campaigns for Tania Gerard Digital, and what a ride it’s been so far!

🤠 Creating these campaigns has been a journey in itself already—crafting the right message, putting myself out there, and wondering how it will resonate with people. But the response has already been so rewarding!

👏 At the end of the two campaigns, I’m asking for feedback from my audience because I believe in constantly improving and making sure I’m delivering real value, not rubbish!

🤯 And here’s the most exciting part: two companies have already booked calls with me to discuss workshops! yay!

💪 Seeing UK businesses eager to create inclusive and accessible workplaces validates literally everything I’m working towards.

🙏 This is only the beginning, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to connect with people who care about inclusivity and accessibility as much as I do.

A real pinch me moment for sure!

I will be featured in Authority Magazine—my first-ever magazine based across the pond in the US! A Medium publication! 🇺🇸🎉

In the interview with the amazing Rachel Kline (overseen by Yitzi Weiner), I got to chat about a topic super close to my heart: “How To Create More Inclusive Workplaces.”

AND as if that wasn’t enough, I also recorded a mini video session where I shared my “Top Five Tips for Creating More Inclusive Workplaces.” I had so much fun putting it together and can’t wait for you all to check it out!

“All the students were so warm, welcoming and bursting with questions and I enjoyed every minute of it. So much so, I hadn’t realised some of the other stalls had packed up and left because it had ended while I was still talking to the students! 😂🤗”
