The idea behind the TRIO STORIES brand is putting a focus on people's stories. Whether it be an event, a brand, a wedding - all of these have one thing in common, a story. We want to be able to capture these stories and turn them into amazing visual media. This is why (although grammatically non-sensical) "stories" is at the heart of our logo, because in truth, it's at the very core of everything we do. We take every job very personally. We want to get to know the people behind the event, the people behind the brand, the people standing at the altar. Not only does this make for an incredibly fun way to work, but also, we get to portray the story even more accurately. TRIO is the representation of the three of us putting ourselves out there on a personal level. Be sure to expect fun photos and silly jokes, because at the end of the day - we're not a corporation, we're just family 💓

You know that feeling when you find your new favourite building? 😍 The butterflies in the stomach, the slight tinge of excitation, finding it difficult to find the right words to say? Honestly, I felt all that and more when I saw the Petronas Towers.

Probably the most photogenic building in the world. Looked especially good in these shots taken on a beautiful roll of Motion Film called Alien Film that I picked up in Singapore 🎞️

Trying to keep up with - European Althletics Champion 🥇 We just got back from Italy wrapping up a photo and video shoot with .global

It was an epic experience, already buzzing about the results. Just wish there was time for Bart to challenge Yeman to a 100m sprint 🫠 but just watching him try to keep up with Yeman with the gimbal was amazing.

Nanlite challenged us to re-creat 4 HOLLYWOOD scenes in just 1 day, with a selection of lights.

It was one of the hardest filmmaking challenges we've ever faced.

A bit of a different project for us. We’ve just spent the last few days working at - a 4 day water sports event in Poland. It was an epic time, using Dobby the Van as the editing and media HQ, working together as the OG TRIO (with ) and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with a small team covering such a big and busy event!

We are super happy with the outcome, we managed to really grow the socials of the event and get some serious traction on a lot of the photos and videos. Here are some of our faves and more artsy shots from the 4 days.

Yea just wanted to let you guys know the sort of work we do for clients other than branded social vids.

NYC on film just hits different you know 🥺

We are missing the Big Apple so much but being able to look back at these shots on celluloid is just so special. The memories attached to them feel somehwhat more tangible and vivid.

As a photographer - I feel more of a sense of pride and attachment, having taken them on 35mm film.
